Shipping & Product Info

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2 - 3 business days.

Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the UK or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 10 - 20 days to receive your order. 

If you have chosen express shipping, we will send it by one of our  express shipping providers. Once your order has been sent, we do not have any control or say of when exactly your order will arrive, we will only be able to give you an estimate provided by the express shipping service provider.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Lux Interiors cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

Import/Custom Taxes

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Lux Interiors will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

Refund Policy

We understand shopping for your home can sometimes be hard which is why we offer a 30 day return policy from the day of purchase. If in need of help regarding more information about a certain product contact our team at info@lux-interiors.com

Defected Items

If an item has arrived defected or broken, please contact our team immediately and we will sort out a replacement.
